EACO2 Testing and Tagging of your equipment in accordance with Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986. We are pleased to offer our Testing and Tagging at a set fee of $5.00 (plus GST) on all standard applications.
Our Testing and Tagging is carried out by a licensed operator and will include:
- Certificate of Compliance – this Certificate will verify that all items tested are in line with the requirements under the Act 1986.
- Site Information Report – client details are recorded along with the location of item tested and tagged.
- Equipment Summary – Detailed summary of the item tested and location. In addition to that it will include – Make – Model – Status (Pass, Fail or Over Due) – Frequency of testing – Asset No. – Last Test and Next Due.
